We offer free shipping on orders over $100. All orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped the same day. Shipping duration (business days) will depend on the shipping method you choose:

USPS Expedited + Insurance: 3-4 days

🚨We strongly encourage you to pick insurance to prevent any hiccups with your order. We can't take any responsibility for lost/stolen packages that don't include an insurance. If you pay for the insurance, your shipment is 100% protected by us under all circumstances.
We subsidize a large chunk of the shipping cost and charge a minimal rate depending on the total order quantity/weight. The shipping duration will be determined based on your country and communicated at checkout. Simply select your country to get an estimate on duration and cost. Since we don't have any control over customs clearance, delivery times may vary at times.
Duties & taxes: You will have the option to pay for customs charges at checkout so there won't be any hidden fees and we'll be responsible from delivering the package to you without any additional cost. Most countries don't have duties for a single pair of meggings so you will only need to pay for the customs taxes. Depending on your country, you may be subject to high duties when you order 2 or 3 pairs. In this case, we suggest you split the order into 2 and purchase them separately to avoid duties. It's a good workaround that's useful for many countries.

Doesn't fit right? No problem! If you'd like to exchange an item with a different size, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for free for all USA orders. International customers will need to cover shipping costs both ways for exchanges. Your item must be unused (other than trying it on quickly for size) and in the same condition that you received it. Simply email us at email@example.com or reply to the order confirmation email.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we accept returns and exchanges for 30 days upon purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused (other than trying it on quickly for size) and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received, your refund will be applied to your credit card within one week. To start the return/exchange process, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you right away.
Return packages must be shipped prepaid by the customer with a tracking number. We can't take responsibility for lost packages sent without a tracking number. In the case of a return after requesting an exchange, you will be charged for the additional shipping costs incurred.
We will communicate the return address (New Jersey) once you email us to initiate a return authorization.
