Do the bandanas fit all collars?
Yes! Our bandanas are designed to slide through any standard collar. Just make sure your collar’s width matches the bandana’s loop opening. Each size fits collars up to the following widths:

• XS: 1 in (2.5 cm)
• S: 1.4 in (3.5 cm)
• M: 1.6 in (4 cm)
• L: 1.8 in (4.5 cm)

How do I put it on?
Unbuckle the collar. Slide the bandana through. Buckle back on. No knots, no clips — takes 10 seconds!

How do I wash it?
Toss it in the washing machine with cold or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle. The fabric’s quick-dry, so skip the dryer — just air dry and you’re good to go.

What’s your return policy?
We care deeply about your dog’s health, so for hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Because our bandanas come into close contact with pets, returned items may carry fleas, ticks, dander, or allergens — and we simply won’t risk passing that along to another dog. We know this policy can be disappointing, but it’s how we keep every pup protected — including yours. Please measure the collar carefully and review the size chart before ordering, as all sales are final.

What’s it made of?
Made from 100% recycled polyester — giving plastic bottles a second life as dog couture. The fabric is soft, durable, and dyed with eco-friendly inks. Because looking good shouldn’t cost the earth.

Is the fabric safe for dogs with allergies or sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our fabric is hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and printed with ecological inks — no harsh chemicals, dyes, or irritants. Just buttery-soft comfort that’s gentle enough for even the most delicate pups.

Will my dog be comfortable wearing it all day?
Totally. Our bandanas are feather-light, breathable, and designed for movement. They cover only half the neck for extra airflow and comfort, with no tight knots or bulky folds. Since they attach directly to the collar, they move naturally and fit just like your dog’s favorite collar.

What makes you different from other dog bandanas?

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! We ship to most countries. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

USA ORDERS

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Shipping fee for smaller orders is as low as $1.90. 

All orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped the same day during the week. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday. Shipping duration (business days) will depend on the shipping method you choose:

• USPS - No Insurance: 5-7 days 
• USPS Expedited + Insurance: 3-4 days 
• Fedex + Insurance: 2-day guaranteed

🚨We strongly encourage you to pick insurance to prevent any hiccups with your order. We can't take any responsibility for lost/stolen packages that don't include an insurance. If you pay for the insurance, your shipment is 100% protected by us under all circumstances.  

EXCHANGES

Doesn't fit right? No problem! If you'd like to exchange an item with a different size, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for free for all USA orders. International customers will need to cover shipping costs both ways for exchanges. Your item must be unused (other than trying it on quickly for size) and in the same condition that you received it. Simply email us at hello@matadormeggings.com or reply to the order confirmation email. Free exchanges offered for the first order. Repeat exchanges or style changes are subject to shipping charges. 

REFUNDS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we accept returns and exchanges for 30 days upon purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused (other than trying it on quickly for size) and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received, your refund will be applied to your credit card within one week. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. RETURNS

Return packages must be shipped prepaid by the customer with a tracking number. We can't take responsibility for lost packages sent without a tracking number. In case of a return after requesting an exchange, you will be charged for the additional shipping costs incurred. We will communicate the return address (New Jersey) once you email us to initiate a return authorization. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We subsidize a large chunk of the shipping cost and charge a minimal rate depending on the total order quantity/weight. The shipping duration will be determined based on your country and communicated at checkout. Simply select your country to get an estimate on duration and cost. Since we don't have any control over customs clearance, delivery times may vary at times.

Duties & taxes: You will have the option to pay for customs charges at checkout so there won't be any hidden fees and we'll be responsible from delivering the package to you without any additional cost. Most countries don't have duties for a single pair of meggings so you will only need to pay for the customs taxes. Depending on your country, you may be subject to high duties when you order 2 or 3 pairs. In this case, we suggest you split the order into 2 and purchase them separately to avoid duties. It's a good workaround that's useful for many countries.
